Shipping Methods
We ship worldwide from our warehouse in China. Shipping charges are calculated from your destination country and your order value, and are always shown at checkout before you pay.
Standard Shipping
Tracked air mail, typically delivered within 10–20 business days after dispatch.

Free standard shipping on orders over $199.00. The threshold applies to the product subtotal before any coupon discount.
Express Shipping
Delivered by DHL or FedEx within 3–7 business days, with full end-to-end tracking.

Express shipping is charged at a flat rate and is not covered by the free-shipping offer.
Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders placed at weekends or on public holidays are processed on the next business day. A tracking number is emailed to you as soon as your parcel is dispatched.
Tracking Your Order
Use the tracking number in your dispatch email to follow your parcel. Tracking events can take 24–48 hours to appear after dispatch, and international scans may not update every day.
Address Accuracy
Please check your delivery address carefully before submitting your order — we cannot redirect a parcel once it has been dispatched. If a parcel is returned to us as undeliverable, we will contact you to arrange reshipment; additional shipping charges may apply.
Customs Duties & Taxes
Any import duties, taxes or customs fees charged by your country are the responsibility of the recipient. Orders are declared at their actual value as required by international shipping regulations. If a parcel is held by customs, please contact your local customs office directly and quote the tracking number.
